Practice Areas

Bankruptcy

I counsel and represent my clients in filing personal and small business bankruptcies under Chapters 7 and 13 of the U. S. Bankruptcy Code. As defined by the Bankruptcy Code, I am a "debt relief agency" and I help people file for bankruptcy under the Bankruptcy Code. Bankruptcy permits them a fresh financial start and a way of resolving unmanageable debts, including delinquent income taxes.

Tax Law

I counsel and represent my clients who have delinquent tax problems with the Internal Revenue Service and local taxing authorities.  My representation extends to meetings with tax authorities and filing suit against them in both the U. S. Tax Court and state district court.

Securities Law and Arbitration

I represent my clients in the trial of arbitration cases involving construction and securities laws disputes with contractors and broker-dealers of securities, who may have defrauded my clients in their dealings with them.
