PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL RESUME:
I am engaged in the private practice of law in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, including Collin, Dallas, Denton, Grayson, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Rockwall and Tarrant Counties, Texas. My principal areas of practice are set forth above.
Prior to engaging in private practice, I was employed by the Internal Revenue Service and thereafter with U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission. I was also Regional Counsel to the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. ("NASD") in Dallas, Texas, advising on and prosecuting violations of the Rules of Conduct of the NASD and federal securities laws.
I have also been general counsel to publicly-held bank holding companies in Little Rock, Arkansas and in St. Petersburg, Florida where I advised on legal issues involving lending, tax and securities matters.
